Goal

Świat Zdrowia, a Neuca’s brand focused on health and well-being, needed a website that wasn't just modern, but also truly accessible. They wanted to make it easy for everyone - including people with disabilities to find information about their services and products. Beyond just usability, the goal was to build trust and create a platform that encouraged people to explore and engage with the brand.

My role

I joined the project already in motion, so my first task was to quickly get up to speed.
As a UX designer, I focused on supporting the team wherever it was needed - from wireframes to reviewing flows to helping shape structure. With tight deadlines and shifting priorities, my ability to adapt fast and stay collaborative helped keep things moving smoothly. My role was to bring clarity and steady support during a fast-paced phase
of the project.

Final reflections

Jumping into an ongoing project taught me that as designers, we often work in dynamic, imperfect environments. There’s rarely time for a full, linear process. Instead, we need to get up to speed fast, make informed decisions quickly, and stay adaptable. These types
of projects sharpen my ability to analyze, prioritize, and most importantly - collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. It's less about following the ideal process, and more about creating meaningful impact within the constraints.

UX achievements

  • The UX process helped translate complex healthcare information into a clear, intuitive interface, reducing cognitive load for users and making health resources more approachable.

  • Clear user flows and streamlined navigation empowered users to find the information they needed faster, leading to increased engagement and reducing friction across key user journeys.

  • Responsive, user-friendly website built with scalability and long-term maintenance
in mind setting the stage for continued growth and adaptability.

With constantly changing requirements, the design process demanded agility. I worked in quick cycles, regularly receiving feedback and implementing adjustments to meet tight deadlines. This flexibility allowed us to refine the user experience without sacrificing quality.

In the final phase, I collaborated with UI designers to ensure the website wasn’t just functional but visually compelling. The goal was to create a site that was both easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing, elevating user trust and engagement..

Fast iterations & agile execution

Collaborative approach

Wireframing became the foundation for communication within the team. I worked closely with various experts, ensuring that each design element addressed user needs while satisfying business goals. I was primarily responsible for designing the business zone a key section of the platform tailored to different specialist audiences such as pharmacists and doctors.

This area also included a product catalog, but unlike a typical e-commerce site,
it functioned without a shopping cart, focusing instead on accessible product information and professional support.

Catching up fast

My first priority was to absorb everything - past decisions, business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints. I dove into existing documentation, design files, and user flows
to get a clear understanding of where things stood and where they needed to go. This foundational phase helped me spot any gaps

in logic or usability and allowed me to propose improvements that aligned with both user expectations and business goals.

Key challenges

Joining the project midway

Coming in halfway was tough. I had to learn everything fast and fit into the existing flow. But I managed to get up to speed and deliver solutions that fit perfectly.

Moving targets

The business requirements kept changing, so we had to be flexible and adjust our designs
on the fly. We worked closely with the team to make quick changes while keeping the user experience smooth.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups

Everyone had their own ideas and priorities, which made things interesting. The challenge was to find a balance that kept everyone happy while still creating a consistent and user-friendly website.

Managing tasks with tight deadlines

Design process

We were constantly dealing with urgent tasks and tight deadlines. By staying organized and focused, we managed to deliver everything on time without cutting corners.
